The Space With a View is a three bedroom (all en-suite) house centrally located at 115, 4th avenue - in the heart of trendy Melville.

Its boasts a stunning deck area with views of northern Johannesburg; modern kitchen with appliances; contemporary dining room with a 6 seater glass table; a lounge with comfortable sofas (leading out onto the deck); a separate TV-lounge with full DSTV.

The sound system plays in the dining room, main suite and on the deck.

The main suite has a lounge area, plasma screen, full DSTV and DVD player with surround sound system. The two guest rooms have double beds with modern bathrooms and toilets. All bedrooms offer the finest quality linen.

The Space With a View has parking for two vehicles. And when it comes to security, it offers a guard with dog on premises at night, electric fencing and alarm system with armed response.
